He is a very good kitty. My kitties don’t tolerate the Furminator for that long. They like it, as long as I’m gentle but never for that length of time. He feels so much better.

Very useful! But he seems a bit irritated (wagging tail).. I wonder if the brush hurts at all. Probably only have to do it once every once in awhile though. He seemed happy when you switched back to the old brush 💖

@TeknuAddict well honestly I took him from street when he was little.. I cared for him but I don’t want him to be caged or sterilized.. maybe that’s what male cats do when they’re mature..
Dio Nathan Yes, every living creature had an instinct to reproduce. That being said, the animals don’t think past that. Tons of feral kittens starve to death because there either isn’t enough for their mothers to feed them, or their mother gets killed (as is the sad reality). That’s why you see billboards and other advertisements from animal shelters (who often have to take care of the orphaned kittens and puppies of strays who were not sterilized while still being underfunded most of the time) asking you to spay and neuter.
My intentions behind this are to educate and not to be mean to you. I understand that it can be hard to convey tone online, but I just want to make it clear that I am not attacking you.

@Jamie Jordan you’re so right. It’s all about the age you start them out. If you socialize and handle them often as kittens, they’ll get used to it and cooperate as adults and are so much easier to deal with

@Jane cooper , I think that in addition to a brush, there must be a razor tucked away into the device that actually cuts the hair while being combed and groomed.
A long haired cat with seriously matted undergrowth hair would howl, fight and bite if you just tried to comb (AKA RIP) out the undergrowth and mats.
