島に着いてすぐに出会った子猫、なぜかその後もずーっと付いてきます。島を一周しようと歩き出したのですがまだ付いてきます。1周約4キロ、子猫は島の反対側には行ったことないはず。付いてきたは良いが帰れるのかこの猫は?
島を半周位したところで「もう歩けないニャン」と言ってその場で止まりました。このままいおて行くと多分帰れない。しょうがないのでダッコして連れて帰りました。子猫にとっては大冒険。楽しかったかな?

延々と付いて来る猫たまに居るけど、最初は可愛いけど愛が重くて、だんだん辛くなる。

いずれ成猫になると、オスは島の反対側へ行くだろうから、今回は下見になったかな。
炭鉱閉山後の島民約130人はどうして生計を立てているのか、人間のほうも気になる。
見ていたら健気でかわいいし最高すぎて、何故か泣いてしまいました。この子たちがいつまでもしあわせでありますように。
I went to the cat island;
Where I met a tea tiger kitten.
As it came out from under the ledge;
With its cuteness I was smitten.
I met its other good friends;
Some of them came to be mopped.
There were others who were alert;
’Coz away from me they hopped.
I left the tea tiger kitten and walked;
Away from the housing complex.
The tea tiger kitten ran with full power;
And for GPS guidance its tail it did flex.
The cute tea tiger kitten;
Guided me to cliffs and meadows.
It stuck to me with dedication;
And one became our shadows.
At the edge of the highway;
The kitten repeatedly appealed.
With love and wistful thought;
My heart and mind were filled.
As it grew hotter;
The tea tiger kitten became weary.
I was glad to pick up the little tiger;
It was light enough to carry.
I did get clawed on my arms;
As I carried the kitten.
There were a few harmless scratches;
Of course, I wore no mitten.
On our way back to the ledge;
I picked it up on my shoulders.
I was determined to save its paws;
From the hot stones and boulders.
Closer to the ledge at the complex;
A meadow we came to pass.
The delighted tea tiger kitten;
Frolicked in the moffumfing grass.
I brought the kitten back to the ledge;
As would a servant of indenture.
Why not? But for this tea tiger kitten;
I would not have this lovely adventure!
