Maru the Artist sleeps in his work for inspiration! It’s a living work of art that changes from day to day, and speaks of the universal cat demand for breakfast on time!
The music is delightful. It really enhances my enjoyment of Maru’s artwork.

*Before* Mugumogu ceramoniously introduced us “The Artwork” by the great artist Maru, for a moment I thought she was talking about the red box the snow white and black Miri was curled in.
That beauty in the red box also makes an adorable piece of art! 😻

うんうん何となく、まるさんの情熱を感じる作品でした。
It’s still a work in progress because with just teeth and claws Maru is trying to create an excellent breathing box himself and we know what an exceptionally determined kitty he is.
Reading the comments l couldn’t help laughing about the “reputation” our darling Miri seems to have.

All were waiting for the surprise from mommy….once it was introduced maru thanked mama and started displaying it sitting in it.miri appreciated it by smelling around.but overall maru ia an allrounder with different skills😊😇😘😘

The opening scene showing Miri/Maru/Hana lined up is a WORK OF ART!
The opening..how appropriate. The Olympics in Tokyo-Maru has gold medal, Hana has silver and Miri receives the bronze. Congratulations to all the athletes pictured here!!

Maru: i had to modify the sides, mama … they were too tall.
Miri: i shall study this so that i can replicate it in the future.
Hana: ppffffttttttttt.
I had a cat who loved to bite cardboard. Paper, too. The edges of her boxes were always bitten off, but she never quite reached the artistic height of Maru’s masterpiece.
It’s wonderful that such a hardworking artist can finally catch some z’s inside his great Masterwork. And Mugumogu is the perfect curator for a work such as this! She has obviously done much research on the project, early morning & late night. Even little Miri found a tiny missed piece that dropped off… I’m sure she will return it to Sensei Maru! 🥰
