I had guessed that it wasn’t possible to be a box maniac. But Maru is one. Has been for years. He’s training Miri to be one. Love his facial distortions when in a cut out face holder, like this rectangle opening. Maru is so beautifully unique. I love him.
I have had cats all my life, but only when I found Maru did I realize how relaxing it was to watch a cat fit in a box. 😂

I think Maru likes the hole as it serves as a shelf for him to rest his head while his shoulders can relax.

Maru’s chin rest keeps his head, neck, and spine in perfect alignment. He doesn’t need a chiropractor but another face massage would be lovely.
