Thank you so much for this wonderful recipe. I’ve been wanting to know how it’s made. This certainly isn’t an easy accomplishment. I think the meat buns will be soft and tender along with the noodles. So very cute.

(Only a few years ago I had never even heard of Udon and did not know what it was at all. After looking it up I learned what it was and now I am a bit of an expert from the teachings of Maru.)
