Taking naps each in their favorite place. Miri between seats on the sofa Maru in his basket and Hana close to Maru on the carpet. The car clearly belongs to Maru, Hana sits on the hood and Miri is biting on something on the ground. When driving only Maru stays in the car the girls are gone. Do they jump of when it moves ? Peculiar little family.
It would have been hilarious if Mugumogu made the jeep go over that hill, with Maru inside of course. I think Hana wanted to do a little car surfing.
