Maru walks like a super star.
The dainty ballet dancer loves his mom and knows it’s time for breakfast. Purring galore sashaying back and force. Hana makes all the noise.
When elves walk on snow, they leave no footsteps. Maru is like an elf. A very furry, very chubby elf.

This ended up being a good demonstration of how cats can walk softly *when they want to*. Hana just charged through and popped a bunch of bubbles, where Maru was careful and didn’t pop any (despite probably being a lot heavier than Hana).
1:54 – Maru’s purring = instant relaxation. All my cares fall away.
Maru is lighter than he looks, while Hana realized she could do a bang-up job of walking on that road!
This goes to show one of two things: that Maru is super careful with every step, or that Hana has somehow gotten heavier than Maru XD
Only Maru can walk through bubble wrap without popping it.
Hana: poppity, poppity, pop. Pop, pop, pop. Maru: shush, shush, sloop

This is a lot like when people walk across hot coals. One cat runs across, the other (more experienced) takes it slow and easy without a single pop. 🐈 😹 😁
I love how Maru ends that first walk with a perfect “Meh!”
Maru is so much more circumspect than Hana… he wants the full experience before he files his report.

Whoa… Maru’s “runway walk” is simply superb! He’s got exactly the right amount of swagger and sway. ❤️😹 Just seeing Maru makes me laugh out loud. And then there is Hana, who is his his counter and contrast. Love them both! Thanks, as always, for the fun!
