I have to admit that Miri did look scarry when she became peaked, Maru was wise to beat a fast retreat. Maru and Hana were showing Miri that he’s not afraid to fight, he just doesn’t want to fight her. Maru ritual kneeling after winning the hunt is always relaxing.
I love the “inside” jokes we fans are all in on now, like mask patrol, meat buns, and charging.
