Cats are always curious to watch human activities which make noise, particularly if those activities don’t happen every day.
I kept my cat’s litter box in the bathroom. Since she thought of the litter box as a particularly important facility, the whole bathroom was a point of special interest to her. Whenever I went in there, regardless if it was to brush my teeth or to clean the room, she would keep careful watch.

Miri is getting ready for her closeup learning about the Nikon so she can be relaxed and natural. The other two are old professionals. Maru purring curled up in his favorite bowl just quietly for himself.
I love the kitties. I am never alone in the bathroom, there is always at least one of my kitties. Miri has grown into a real beauty.💕🐾

Well i guess it’s nice to have an audience while you’re doing chores. God forbid they pick up a broom or mop to help you. And of course Maru is melting while things are getting done. Lazy butt lol.
Ever since Mugumogu pointed out that one of Hana’s salient features is her pretty black mouth, I can’t stop seeing it. Her face is particularly pretty as she looks into the bathroom. Miri’s face is always adorable – she’s very expressive.
Miri’s twitching right ear told us that Hana was coming down the hallway – and then Miri decided to leave that spot. Very interesting!! I learn a lot about cat behaviour by watching these three lovely babies. 😸😄
