My two current cats don’t chatter at things. Previous cats were quite vocal, especially birds.

Cats will often seek out a companion to sleep with and to get warm. They may quibble all day at each other, but the best way to get warm is the other cat. Maru and Hana both squeezed into the small bowl was so cute. Miri says the word “bird ” very well. No misunderstanding here. Thank you for the great video.

Here is my little tiger at last, all fiery (and splendid) eyes and trembling wiskers, living the adventurous life she always wanted! Hope she does not climb THAT tree, anyway. Yet, Maru might, if it gets too hot with Hana! 💕

My parents’ cats have all caught birds at some point, even though one cat is tiny (under 6lb; she mostly catches very small birds, though) and another was too ill as a kitten to learn to hunt (we do wonder whether she found a dead bird and brought that in). The best hunter of the three is about Miri’s size, and once caught a magpie.
Miri has a different way of life. She’s independent , smart and does what she wants. She’s turned out to be a beauty and very cute.
I haven’t noticed Miri’s glorious whiskers before, but silhouetted against the fence, they really stand out.
Maru thinks he runs the household, but it’s clear Hana is the one in charge.
Miri’s zest for life is so sweet. Maru and Hana are already too blasé about trivial things such as bird watching!
Miri is so lovely, and feels brave to run behind her big brother. But she doesn’t mind when he walks away. I love these videos and adore all three of your cats, they’re so much fun to watch.
