When the outside world is filled with long running sadness and more recent, unexpected wickedness…l try to shut my mind to all that by visiting the magical *oasis* of Maru’s home.
When Maru’s meatbuns 🐾 softly trod on the powder 🌨️ snow, when his ever-moving tail stops moving for a fraction of a minute hearing a soft cooing of a bird…when Mum indulges her fur baby’s whims and continues to pull the sledge a little longer…l feel soothed. At least for now.
Sweet Hana wants to cuddle with Maru but the bed is filled with adorable Fluffyness. Sorry Sweetie, no room.

There’s never enough Maru.
Maru doesn’t seem to mind the snow on his paws. Quite different from Miri who is always shaking the snow off.. it’s so cute! 🥰🐾

Next to the snow shovel I could see a red or pink sled board. Is he not allowed to use it anymore ? He was always very skilled and could maneuver with his butt and tail down the hill. Please let him try. It must be easier to pull than the styrofoam box. Where is Miri during this adventure ? Maru’s mustach was all perky and interested out there. He is such a beautiful boy. Deserves to take a nap in the basket alone. Hana could sleep nearby in her own basket or container. Birds out there better look out when it is Miri’s turn for a walk in the snow. Thank you !

Maru was enjoying his ride in his “snowmobile” pulled by mom. His snow activities wore him out so he must take the best nap ever….no room for visitors! 😸💤💙
